ECIO is one of the centers of expertise of CINOP

CINOP is a social organization with expertise in the field of education and lifelong development. In addition to ECIO, CINOP also has ECBO, the expertise center for (vocational) education and research. We invest our proceeds directly back into innovation, so that together we make the Netherlands stronger in learning.

Office in the heart of Den Bosch

You can work at our beautiful office, in the heart of Den Bosch next to the railway station, as well as at the client’s premises or from home. As a consultant, researcher, project manager, trainer (or a combination) you will work for many different clients in education, government, sector organizations and companies. Very varied and dynamic. With us, no day is the same!

A warm organization

Typical of CINOP is our organization-wide drive to make a real difference. This is reflected in our enormous commitment to clients and to each other. Ask any of our 120 colleagues: we help each other, even across teams. CINOP is a super flat organization; that promotes speed of collaboration and decision making. We work hard, but there is also plenty of room for fun and relaxation: from office drinks, sparkling party nights and sporty beach volleyball tournaments to cozy Christmas and cooking workshops and (online) pub quizzes.
