Linda Schlundt Bodien

Elke van Doorn
Provision of information
Elke helps secondary and higher education institutions in their development towards flexible and inclusive education. So that study is accessible to everyone and barriers for students are removed as much as possible. They do this in various projects, always in collaboration with the institutions themselves, often aimed at improving the provision of information and (digital) accessibility, positive perceptions, and accessible testing and examinations. One of her areas of attention is studying with psychological complaints, for which she provides training. Everyone is new or stingy, involved, goal-oriented, loves movement and likes to bring people together. Within (vocational) education she has extensive experience in the field of policy, innovation & development, and specific experience at the intersection of research and communication.
As a project employee Lissa has a lot of experience in planning and organizing meetings and events. She has great empathy and is able to react quickly. Lissa is collegial and customer friendly and likes to work in a solution-focused way in order to achieve a successful result.
As a project employee Marloes feels co-responsible for the result and is involved in the work to properly streamline the processes from A to Z and to secure the work processes around quality and relationship management. In her role as an organizer she is able to set priorities for a good course of the projects.
Marieke has been working for CINOP for ten years now, and is energetically committed to making learning accessible to everyone, regardless of age, background, desire to learn or possible need for support. From her background as a linguist and Dutch native speaker, Marieke sees language as an important tool for promoting inclusion.
Her experience in managing large programmes makes her a seasoned project leader who is not easily swayed. Marieke is a real connector, she is people-oriented and together with her teams and stakeholders she achieves great results. She has an eye for both short-term and long-term results, and for how to make these as sustainable as possible.

With her knowledge and practical experience as a teacher, Martine is able to shape and give substance to improvement processes in the field of flexibility. She uses feedback from students, good practices and the field to optimise the learning climate. As a project manager, Judith has knowledge of studying with a disability and organising this through her many years of experience at ECIO. From flying students to scanning policy: in her work Judith strives for accessible, flexible and inclusive higher education.
Laura works as a consultant in an involved and connecting manner. As a religious scientist and intercultural communication professional, she can approach issues from various angles. According to her, knowledge should lead to improvements in practice. Her goal is to develop sustainable solutions for social issues. She works in a critical and result-oriented way and has a passion for making learning accessible and improving for everyone.
Hedvig is an inspired and experienced director. She has experience with change processes, knows how to develop vision and strategy and how to link this to implementation and operation, so that intended results can be achieved. A key factor in her working method is the search for and establishment of connections and working from the mutual interest and ownership. She does this together with educational institutions and government partners. With an eye for the human side and culture in the organization, she enthusiastically leads the Dutch market teams at CINOP, and directs the further development of the expertise centers ECBO (research) and ECIO (including education and student welfare).

With her background in sociology, she makes the connection between social developments, organisations and students in her work. Joelle works as a consultant in the field of studying with a need for support and improving the provision of information for this target group. In her work, she finds it important to include the student’s perspective. Among other things, she works on the question of how the barriers to reporting a support request can be removed for (prospective) students. Joelle is driven, people-oriented and sensitive. She likes to think up practical solutions to social issues.

As a communication advisor (content) Franka advises and looks for appropriate solutions. From there she works on quality and efficiency improvement. She has expertise in (online) marketing, analyses, process guidance and monitoring of website, instrument and corporate identity development: all this with a clear message for an optimal customer experience.
